πΌPram
Singapore is one of the easiest cities in the world for a stroller: pavements are wide and smooth, every MRT station has lifts, and covered walkways link many malls so you can avoid the heat and rain entirely. Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, and the Botanic Gardens all have flat, well-maintained paths built for exactly this.
π½οΈFood & Eating
Hawker centres like Maxwell Food Centre and Lau Pa Sat serve cheap, fast, kid-friendly food (plain rice, noodles, chicken rice) alongside more adventurous options for adults, and nearly every restaurant has high chairs. Supermarkets stock familiar Western baby food and formula brands if you need a backup.
π‘οΈSafety
Consistently one of the safest cities anywhere, with strict laws and very low crime. Tap water is safe to drink straight from the tap. The main things to plan around are heat and humidity (shade and hydration matter more than crime) and sudden tropical downpours, which pass quickly but are worth checking the radar for.
π₯Hospitals
Raffles Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Hospital both have excellent pediatric departments and English-speaking staff throughout, unsurprising given English is an official language. Pharmacies (Guardian, Watsons) are everywhere for everyday needs, and healthcare quality is among the best in Asia, though private care isn't cheap.
