The huge integrated resorts on Cotai (Studio City, Venetian, Galaxy) are fully air-conditioned, flat, and connected by free shuttle buses, making them very stroller friendly. The historic centre around Senado Square has cobbled, sloped streets that are prettier on foot with a carrier.
π½οΈFood & Eating
Resort dining floors have every cuisine imaginable with high chairs and kids' menus as standard, and Macanese egg tarts are a toddler-approved treat. Convenience stores and supermarkets in the resort malls make formula and snack runs easy.
π‘οΈSafety
Macau is extremely safe with very low crime, similar to nearby Hong Kong. The casino floors themselves are adults-only, but the surrounding malls, theme parks, and shows are all geared toward families.
π₯Hospitals
Kiang Wu Hospital and Conde S. Januario Hospital both provide decent care, and larger resorts have on-call doctors. Hong Kong is under an hour away by ferry if a family ever needs a higher level of international-standard care.
