🚼Pram
Dubai's malls are world-class for prams: flat, air-conditioned, and vast with nursing rooms at regular intervals. The Dubai Metro has lifts at all stations and a dedicated women-and-children carriage. Outdoor strolling works well October to March; the summer heat (June–September) makes outdoor time dangerous for young children.
🍽️Food & Eating
Dubai's food scene is exceptionally international and family-friendly. Every mall food court has global options that toddlers will eat. High chairs are universal in restaurants. Brunch culture in Dubai is enormous: the Friday brunch buffets at hotels are perfect family outings.
🛡️Safety
One of the world's safest cities: crime is extremely rare and the city is impeccably clean. The main concerns are the extreme summer heat (40°C+) which is genuinely dangerous for babies and toddlers, and water safety around the many hotel pools and beach areas.
🏥Hospitals
Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City and American Hospital Dubai are the top English-speaking private options. Latifa Hospital specialises in women and children. All have 24hr emergency departments with paediatric capability and English throughout.
