Orlando is purpose-built for stroller travel. Walt Disney World, Universal, and SeaWorld all have dedicated stroller parking, rental strollers available, and smooth accessible paths throughout. Hire a stroller from an off-site company (like Kingdom Strollers) to save park rental costs.

🍽️Food & Eating

The theme parks have greatly improved their food offerings and all have dedicated toddler-friendly meal options. Disney's resort dining with character experiences is brilliant for young children. Plan meals early — park restaurants get packed by noon.

🛡️Safety

Very safe in the resort corridors along International Drive and Lake Buena Vista. Avoid budget accommodation and restaurants far from the theme park areas. Summer (June–August) sees extreme heat and daily thunderstorms — outdoor time is limited to mornings and evenings.

Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in downtown Orlando is the region's premier paediatric facility. AdventHealth Centra Care has multiple urgent care locations near the theme parks open late for tourist-hour medical needs.
