πΌPram
Seminyak's main streets have narrow, broken pavements shared with parked motorbikes, so a stroller is more hassle than help outside your resort. A baby carrier is the better choice for walking to restaurants and the beach, and most families rely on private drivers or Grab for anything further.
π½οΈFood & Eating
Seminyak has Bali's best restaurant scene, and most beach clubs and cafes are genuinely relaxed about young children, with high chairs on request even if not always visible. Local warungs are cheap and simple, though ask for dishes mild as Balinese food can run spicy.
π‘οΈSafety
Seminyak is generally safe, but traffic and scooters are the real hazard: pavements are inconsistent and drivers don't always slow for pedestrians, so hold hands closely near roads. Sunburn and dehydration are bigger everyday risks than crime; strong sun and afternoon heat catch a lot of visitors out.
π₯Hospitals
BIMC Hospital Kuta and Siloam Hospitals Bali both have English-speaking doctors and are used to treating tourists, roughly 20 to 30 minutes from Seminyak by car. Keep evacuation insurance in mind for anything serious, as the most advanced care may mean a transfer to Singapore or Jakarta.
