πΌPram
Fujairah is quieter and less built up than the west-coast emirates, so pavements are patchy outside resort grounds. Beach resorts themselves tend to have flat, easy grounds, but you'll want a carrier for exploring the old town or the Friday Market.
π½οΈFood & Eating
Restaurants here are low-key and used to Gulf family dining, high chairs and simple grilled or rice dishes are easy to find. The Fujairah Corniche has casual beachfront cafes that are relaxed about kids running around.
π‘οΈSafety
Fujairah is calm and very low-crime, popular with families for its uncrowded east-coast beaches and mountain backdrop (Hajar Mountains). The Gulf of Oman side has clearer water and gentler currents than the Gulf coast, good for snorkeling with older toddlers.
π₯Hospitals
Fujairah Hospital and a handful of private clinics handle routine and emergency care, though the range of specialists is smaller than in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. For anything complex, families typically drive the 1.5 to 2 hours to Dubai or Sharjah.
