Mykonos Town (Chora) is a maze of narrow, cobbled, whitewashed lanes that are awkward for a stroller, so most families switch to a carrier once they're in the old town. Beach areas like Ornos and Platys Gialos have flatter access roads and beachfront paths that are easier going.

Mykonos has plenty of laid-back beachfront tavernas that are relaxed about young kids, particularly around Ornos and Platys Gialos, even though the island's reputation leans toward upscale nightlife. Simple Greek dishes like grilled chicken, rice, and yogurt are easy to find, and supermarkets carry familiar baby supplies.

🛡️Safety

Mykonos is safe and low-crime, but it's also one of the pricier, party-oriented islands, so central Chora and the famous beach clubs can feel like a mismatch for toddlers in high season. Choosing a quieter base like Ornos or Agios Ioannis, away from the nightlife strip, makes for a calmer family stay.

🏥Hospitals

The Mykonos Health Center in Chora handles minor injuries and illnesses, but like other smaller islands, serious cases are usually transferred to Athens. Private clinics near the main resort areas are a reasonable first stop for everyday toddler issues like fevers or ear infections.
