Jeju's theme parks and coastal trails, like the Olle paths near Seongsan, tend to be well paved and buggy friendly, and rental cars are the norm here so you're rarely far from parking. Some volcanic trail sections (like the crater rim walks) involve steps and uneven lava rock, so a carrier is worth having as backup.

🍽️Food & Eating

Family-friendly chains and Jeju's many black pork barbecue restaurants usually have high chairs, and mandarin oranges (Jeju's signature crop) make an easy toddler snack everywhere. Convenience stores like GS25 and CU are everywhere for formula, snacks, and hot water.

🛡️Safety

Jeju is extremely safe, with low crime and a relaxed island pace even by Korean standards. The main things to watch are strong currents at some beaches and steep drops along coastal cliff trails, so keep a close hand on toddlers there.

🏥Hospitals

Jeju National University Hospital and Halla Hospital both provide solid pediatric care, though English fluency can be limited outside major tourist areas. Bringing a translation app is a good backup for pharmacy visits.
