Jeddah has the most relaxed food scene in Saudi Arabia, with seafood restaurants and cafes along the Corniche used to families and happy to accommodate kids. Supermarkets like Panda and Carrefour carry a good range of international baby food.

🛡️Safety

Jeddah is safe and welcoming, and as the gateway to Mecca, it's used to a huge diversity of visitors. Heat is the main planning factor: summers are hot and humid, so stick to early morning or evening for outdoor time and the beach.
