Al Shaheed Park and the Gulf Road corniche both have long, flat, well-maintained paths that are excellent for strollers. The Avenues Mall, one of the region's biggest, is entirely indoor and air-conditioned, useful in the heat.
π½οΈFood & Eating
Kuwait has a huge, family-oriented dining scene, especially around The Avenues and Marina Mall, with high chairs and kids' menus standard. Sultan Center and Lulu Hypermarket stock a wide range of international baby products.
π‘οΈSafety
Kuwait City is very safe with low crime and a strong culture of welcoming children in public spaces. Summer heat (May to September) is extreme, often above 45C, so outdoor plans really only work from November through March.
π₯Hospitals
Al Sabah Hospital and several excellent private hospitals like Al Salam offer strong pediatric care with English widely spoken in medical settings. Pharmacies are abundant and well-stocked.
