Eilat's beach promenade is long, flat, and paved end to end, one of the easiest coastal strips in the region for a stroller. Resort grounds along the North Beach are similarly easy going.

Eilat is a relaxed resort town, and restaurants along the promenade are well used to families, with high chairs and kids' menus common. Supermarkets carry a good range of baby food, and kosher dining options are widely available alongside standard restaurants.

🛡️Safety

Eilat is calm and considered one of the safer parts of Israel given its distance from areas of tension, though it's still worth checking current travel advisories before you go. The Coral Beach Nature Reserve has gentle, shallow entry points that work well for first-time toddler snorkeling.

Yoseftal Hospital in Eilat covers general and emergency care well. For more complex pediatric needs, families typically fly to Tel Aviv, about 50 minutes away.
