The main White Beach path (Station 1 to 3) is a flat, paved beachfront walkway that works well with a stroller outside of peak crowd hours, though the sand itself obviously doesn't. Since the 2018 rehabilitation, the island is noticeably cleaner and better organized than it used to be.

🍽️Food & Eating

D'Mall and the resort strip have high chairs and kids' menus everywhere, with familiar Western food alongside Filipino classics. Convenience stores and small supermarkets sell formula and snacks, though prices run higher than on the mainland given the island's resort economy.

🛡️Safety

Boracay is generally safe and welcoming to families, with tourist police patrolling the main beach areas. Swim between the flags since currents vary by season, and note that the island can get very crowded and lively (especially around D'Mall) during peak holiday weeks.

🏥Hospitals

Medical facilities on the island itself are basic; most resorts have an on-call doctor for minor issues. Anything serious is typically evacuated to Kalibo or Manila, so travel insurance with medevac cover is worth arranging.
