Antalya's old town, Kaleici, has charming but uneven cobbled lanes that are slow going with a stroller, while the modern harbor and beach promenades outside it are flat and pram-friendly. Most family visits centre on the big all-inclusive resorts along the coast (Lara, Belek, Kemer), which are all built with strollers and young kids in mind. Konyaalti Beach has a long, flat boardwalk that's easy with wheels.

🍽️Food & Eating

Turkish hospitality toward children is extremely warm, and staff at restaurants will often go out of their way to help with a fussy toddler. All-inclusive resorts have buffet spreads with simple options like plain rice, bread and fruit that work for picky eaters. Fresh produce and flatbreads (pide, simit) are easy, cheap staples outside the resorts too.

🛡️Safety

Antalya's resort areas are very safe and set up for mass family tourism, though normal caution applies in busy markets and around traffic, which can be more chaotic than Northern Europe. Avoid tap water for drinking, bottled water is cheap and standard practice here. Summer heat regularly exceeds 35C, so shoulder-season travel is considerably more comfortable with a toddler.

🏥Hospitals

Antalya Training and Research Hospital and private hospitals like Memorial Antalya have pediatric departments used to treating tourists, with reasonable English at private facilities. Pharmacies (eczane) are widespread and pharmacists often help informally with minor issues.
