πΌPram
The Paseo Maritimo along the harbor and the promenade by Es Baluard museum are wide, flat, and stroller friendly, with good sea views. The old town around La Seu cathedral has cobbled lanes and a few hills, so a carrier is handy for that stretch. Most of the marina and beach areas near Ciutat Jardi and Can Pere Antoni are easy flat walking.
π½οΈFood & Eating
The port and marina areas have plenty of relaxed, kid friendly restaurants used to tourist schedules, so dinner from 7pm is easy to find, though locals still eat later. Beach clubs along Playa de Palma and Cala Major serve casual meals right by the water. Outside the tourist strip, some smaller shops still close for siesta in the afternoon.
π‘οΈSafety
Palma is very safe and well set up for family tourism, with English widely spoken in hotels and restaurants. Strong sun and heat are the main concern at the beach, so bring hats, sunscreen, and shade for toddlers. Nightlife strips like Playa de Palma's party zone are separate from the family friendly old town and marina areas.
π₯Hospitals
Hospital Universitario Son Espases is the main public hospital and has a pediatric emergency department. Hospital Quironsalud Palma is a private hospital popular with tourists, generally with English speaking doctors available.
