The Cabo San Lucas marina boardwalk and most resort properties have smooth, flat paths ideal for strollers. San Jose del Cabo's historic center has some cobblestones but is manageable. Between towns you'll mostly be driving or shuttling, so a lightweight umbrella stroller is more practical than a bulky one.
π½οΈFood & Eating
Resorts cater heavily to families with kids' buffets, high chairs, and pool-side snack service. Restaurants in both downtown areas welcome children, and fresh fish tacos are a safe, popular option for fussy eaters. Bottled water is the norm even in nicer restaurants.
π‘οΈSafety
The resort corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo is well policed and considered one of the safer tourist areas in Mexico. Ocean currents at open Pacific-facing beaches can be dangerous, always swim at flagged, lifeguarded beaches like Medano. Desert sun is intense, plan pool and beach time around shade and hydration.
π₯Hospitals
H+ Hospital and Amerimed Los Cabos both have 24-hour English-speaking care and pediatric capability, and are accustomed to tourist insurance. Pharmacies are widely available in both main towns. Confirm your insurance covers medevac, more serious cases sometimes get referred to the US.
