This is a string of individual beach resorts along the southern coast of Viti Levu rather than a walkable town, so each resort's grounds (mostly flat, landscaped, and tropical) are where a stroller gets used, not the road between them. Transfers between resorts and villages are by car.

🍽️Food & Eating

Resorts along the Coral Coast typically include family buffets, kids' clubs, and high chairs, and several run cultural village visits that are a hit with toddlers. Independent dining options are limited outside resorts, so most families eat where they stay.

🛡️Safety

Generally safe and relaxed, with resort beaches shallow and reef protected in many spots, though currents can be stronger than on Denarau. Respecting local village customs (like modest dress when visiting a village) goes a long way here.

🏥Hospitals

Sigatoka has a small hospital for routine issues, and Nadi's private hospitals are the go-to for more serious care, roughly 45 to 90 minutes away depending on the resort. Larger resorts have first aid or nursing staff on site.
