The resort area is saturated with kids' menus, character dining, and quick-service options built for fussy eaters. Downtown Disney has a wider range for parents wanting something more grown-up without straying far from the hotel.

🛡️Safety

The Disneyland Resort area is heavily patrolled and very safe, one of the most controlled tourist environments in the US. Tap water is safe to drink, and the main planning point is simply crowd and heat management in peak summer.

CHOC Children's Hospital (Children's Hospital of Orange County) is just minutes from the parks and is one of the top paediatric hospitals in California, well set up for treating visiting families.
